With 18+ years in the media industry, Megan is endlessly driven to provide her clients with the solutions and results that not only move the needle, but will turn heads in the process. Megan's expertise in local, regional, and national multi-market accounts and her passion for being engrossed in all industries makes her an unstoppable force and advocate for her clients.
Finding the right strategy, at the right time and putting it in front of the right audiences is the constant driving force of Megan's work. Megan is tenacious in uncovering decision makers, securing customer loyalty, and building brands.
SCOTT RODIER
PRESIDENT/CREATIVE DIRECTOR/PARTNER
Scott has been in the media industry for twenty plus years and is highly versed in producing original content and how it translates to B-to-B and B-to-C marketing strategies. Scott's experience in the industry over the years spans all aspects of communications from production to advertising and branding, to digital marketing and employee communications. He has helped counsel brands of different sizes and industries in their creative and business strategies, which has pushed him to not only be a marketing specialist, but also become a business problem solver and management resource. His career has allowed him to touch all aspects of the creative industry and he continues to spend most of his time ensuring all the pieces of the puzzle fit together.
KRISTEN ORY
Kristen has spent the last ten years bridging the gap between the creative process and operations. However, finding and telling the stories that help build brands and engaging audiences is always the primary focus of her work. Kristen’s experience includes leading creative teams, developing organizational systems and creative workflows and corporate and internal communications. She’s worked with clients and companies across many fields – corporate, nonprofit, small business and professional services. She’s passionate about fusing originative ideas with meticulous systematization, time management and seeing brands succeed.
